Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of PUBGPick. By using the platform, you agree to follow these Terms and the tournament rules published on the platform.
1. Platform purpose
PUBGPick is a free unofficial Pick’em platform for PUBG Esports fans. Users make predictions, receive points from official tournament results, and appear on leaderboards.
2. No betting or gambling
PUBGPick does not accept wagers, stakes, deposits, paid entries, or bets. The platform is intended for entertainment and community competition.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and login credentials. You may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, impersonate others, or use usernames that are abusive, misleading, or infringing.
4. User conduct
You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, scrape excessively, manipulate scoring, or abuse other users. PUBGPick may restrict or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Scoring and results
PUBGPick aims to calculate scores accurately but may correct mistakes, recalculate leaderboards, adjust results, or resolve disputes where necessary. Administrative decisions on scoring disputes are final for the relevant tournament.
6. Prizes
If prizes are offered, they may be subject to verification, eligibility, location restrictions, availability, and compliance checks. PUBGPick may withhold or cancel prizes in cases of fraud, abuse, ineligibility, operational error, or legal restriction.
7. Availability
PUBGPick may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Unofficial status
PUBGPick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by KRAFTON, PUBG Studios, PUBG Esports, or any official tournament operator.
9. Changes
PUBGPick may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
